Visa Application Process

 Prepare the following documents: admission letter, passport with minimum six-month

validity, NID or birth certificate, utility bill copy, one recent photo, proof of ability to pay the

tuition fees, old passports (if any), etc.

 Pay the visa application fee of BDTK 800.00.

 Apply for a student visa through the IVAC website and get the reference number.

 Upon receiving a passport submission date (you will get the notification on your phone), go

to the respective IVAC branch with all the respective documents.

 Wait in line for your time slot.

 Submit the passport along with all the hard copies of the documents.

 The visa center will give you a receipt mentioning the passport collection date.

 Collect the passport with the visa stamp. Please note that this is a six-month visa, not the

actual one. The student visa you will get from the local FRRO/FRO after reporting to the

university.
